If you're passionate about behaviour, mental health, and helping young people thrive, we’ve got just the thing.

We’re on the lookout for Psychology graduates who are ready to step into a classroom and really make a difference. Think less textbooks, more “lightbulb moments.” You’ll be working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a specialist or mainstream school, supporting children with additional needs autism, ADHD, SEMH, and more.

What your day might look like:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

  • Helping children with social, emotional or sensory needs access learning

  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists

  • Bringing calm, confidence and kindness to every challenge

Who we’re looking for:

  • Psychology graduates (or final year students!) with a real interest in SEND and child development

  • People who are patient, proactive, and genuinely care

  • Bonus points if you’ve volunteered, mentored, or worked in youth settings before
