Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants - Manchester

Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience in education? Do you want to use your degree to support students with SEND and SEMH?

Aspire People are looking for motivated and passionate Psychology graduates to work in secondary schools across Manchester, supporting students in SEN units and mainstream classrooms.

The Role:
* Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
* Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support
* Helping students with special educational needs (SEND) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges
* A mix of long-term, short-term, and daily cover roles available

What We're Looking For:
* A strong academic background (degree in Psychology or a related field)
* Ideally, previous experience working with children (, tutoring, mentoring, voluntary work)
* Resilient, patient, and passionate about supporting students with additional needs
* DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Ability to provide references covering the last two years
