Job Duties:

- Assist in the delivery of psychology lessons

- Support students with additional learning needs

- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging learning activities

- Provide one-on-one support to students as required

- Help in the assessment and evaluation of student progress

Required Qualifications:

- Psychology degree or relevant qualification

- Enhanced DBS on Update Service

- Previous experience working with children or young adults

Education:

- Degree in Psychology or related field

Experience:

- Experience working in an educational setting

- Experience supporting students with additional learning needs

Knowledge and Skills:

- Understanding of psychological principles

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team

- Patience and empathy when working with students
