Psychology Graduate Role
Pay: 90 - 100 per day

Are you a psychology graduate looking to make a real difference in the classroom? Join us at Term Time Teachers as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, supporting children with diverse learning needs and helping them thrive in their educational journey.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist teachers in delivering tailored support to SEN pupils
  • Help implement educational activities and support individual learning plans
  • Provide one-to-one or small group assistance to children with additional needs
  • Support positive behaviour management and promote inclusion in the classroom

What We're Looking For:

  • Psychology graduates passionate about education and child development
  • Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience working with children or in education is an advantage but not essential
  • A commitment to supporting children's learning and wellbeing

Requirements

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
