Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a primary-aged pupil in the Shropshire and Telford area. This role involves supporting a child with ADHD and suspected autism, helping them engage with learning and build confidence throughout the school day.

You will work closely with teachers and SEND staff to promote focus, emotional regulation and positive social interactions, while encouraging independence and resilience.

• Psychology graduates with interest in child development, behaviour or neurodiversity.
