Contract: Full-time / Part-Time Only
Salary: £89–£100 per day (PAYE)

We’re looking for psychology graduates to support pupils in mainstream and SEND primary schools across [Region]. Whether you’re planning a future in teaching, educational psychology, or child development, this role gives you the real-life insight that no textbook can teach.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting individual pupils with additional needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, SEMH)

  • Helping small groups with literacy, numeracy, and classroom routines

  • Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs

  • Using your understanding of behaviour, motivation, and child psychology to support progress

What we’re looking for:

  • A psychology (or related) degree

  • Confidence, empathy, and a calm, caring approach

  • A genuine passion for working with children

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday during term-time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
