We’re looking for psychology graduates to support pupils in mainstream and SEND primary schools across [Region]. Whether you’re planning a future in teaching, educational psychology, or child development, this role gives you the real-life insight that no textbook can teach.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting individual pupils with additional needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, SEMH)
Helping small groups with literacy, numeracy, and classroom routines
Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs
Using your understanding of behaviour, motivation, and child psychology to support progress
What we’re looking for:
A psychology (or related) degree
Confidence, empathy, and a calm, caring approach
A genuine passion for working with children
Availability to work Monday to Friday during term-time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
