Are you a graduate or about to graduate, seeking experience with students with special needs?

Position: Psychology Graduate Mental Health Assistant

We are collaborating with a primary school in High Wycombe looking for Teaching Assistants (TAs) to start from September 2025. The school is particularly interested in Psychology and Criminology graduates aspiring to become Education Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, or Occupational Therapists.

If you are passionate about working with children and those with additional needs, and are up for an exciting, challenging, yet rewarding role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! While some experience working with children in various settings is beneficial, personality and motivation are equally important.

The pupils have diverse needs, including Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH), Autism, and behavioral difficulties. The school seeks committed individuals who wish to stay for at least 12 months, as consistency of staff is crucial for the children’s development.
