Are you a graduate or about to graduate, looking to gain experience working with students with special needs?

We are working with a fantastic SEN school in Luton that is looking for SEMH Teaching Assistants to start from September 2025. The school is particularly interested in Psychology and Criminology graduates who aspire to become Education Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, or Occupational Therapists.

Role: Psychology Graduate Mental Health Assistant

Location: Luton

Sector: Education and Training

Contract Type: Full-Time / Long-term

If you are passionate about working with children and those with additional needs in Luton, and are up for an exciting, challenging, yet rewarding role in the education sector, this could be the job for you! Some experience working with children in various settings is beneficial, but personality and motivation are equally important.

The pupils have various needs including Social, Emotional, Mental Health, Autism, and behavioral difficulties. Therefore, the school seeks committed individuals willing to stay for at least 12 months, as consistency is vital for the children’s progression.
