Base pay range

Role Title: Teaching Assistant (Psychology Graduate)

Daily Rate: £90–£100

Start Date: September 2025 (Onboarding begins May 2025)

Contract: Long-term

A primary school in Bolton (BL4 postcode) is looking for a Teaching Assistant with a degree in Psychology to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and 2. This Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ school has a strong reputation for inclusive education and supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. You’ll assist with small-group interventions and individual support, particularly focused on emotional regulation and learning readiness.

Reason For The Role

This role is required due to staff taking maternity leave, and the school is seeking consistent support across the new academic year.
