Job description

North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale

Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Education and Training

£450 - £500 Per week

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities
  • Support classroom management and student engagement
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
  • Contribute to the development of educational resources
  • Assist in assessing student progress and learning outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Psychology Degree or related field
  • Valid DBS clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field. No specific experience required, but relevant experience in education or working with children is beneficial.

Additional Skills:
  • Understanding of child development and educational principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Teaching Assistant experience
  • Additional certifications in education or child development

This role involves working in a school environment, following school hours and term dates. Some flexibility may be required to attend meetings or events outside of regular hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
