Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils in primary settings across Sutton, Epsom and surrounding areas. You will assist with learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing, gaining hands-on experience that strengthens your future career in education and mental health.

You’ll work one-to-one and in small groups with children, including SEND, Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. Thrive training and CPD access are available to help you excel.

Qualifications

• A Psychology graduate or related degree is required.
• Interest in Educational Psychology, Child Development, Mental Health, or Teaching.
• Able to support children's learning, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
• Work with pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
• Help develop confidence, resilience and positive learning behaviours.
• Support emotional regulation and wellbeing in the classroom.
• Assist teachers in creating inclusive learning experiences.
• Be a positive role model for children needing encouragement.
