Job Title: Psychology Graduate Bromley

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team in Bromley, Greater London. This is a temporary position with full-time hours expected.

Job Duties:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of educational programmes
• Provide support to students with special educational needs
• Conduct assessments and observations to aid in student development
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create individualised learning plans
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress reviews

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is required for this position.

Experience:

Prior experience working in an educational setting or with individuals with special educational needs is beneficial but not essential.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of child development and learning theories
• Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies for support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology

Working Conditions:

The role is based in Bromley, Greater London. The working hours are full-time, with occasional participation in evening events or meetings required. The salary for this position is £85 - £95 per day.
