Pay: £415 - £445 per week
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

Join a dedicated team as a Learning Support Assistant, working closely with pupils who face a variety of challenges, such as:
Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)
Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
General learning difficulties
You'll play a key role in helping students succeed both academically and personally by delivering one-to-one support and assisting in small groups.
Supporting students inside and outside the classroom
Encouraging independence and social development
Collaborating with teachers and specialists to provide tailored support
Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
We're looking for someone who is:
A recent graduate in Psychology, Criminology, Youth Studies, Social Work, or a related field
Passionate about helping children with additional needs
Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn
Looking for practical experience ahead of a career in education, therapy, or social care
Gain hands-on experience in a supportive, well-equipped SEN school
Build transferable skills that will serve you in multiple career paths
Receive mentoring from experienced educators and SEN professionals
Clear route to permanent employment for the right candidates
A degree in Psychology or a related discipline
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
A genuine commitment to supporting young people
