Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking Psychology graduates to work as Behaviour Intervention/Behaviour Support Assistants in Billinge, Wigan. You will support young people with SEN, SEMH and behavioural needs, helping them regulate emotions and engage with education.

You will build trusting relationships with pupils and collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff, gaining hands-on experience for careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and related fields.

Qualifications

• Requires psychology degree and relevant qualifications for the role.
• Experience working with children and young people is advantageous.
• Ability to support emotional regulation and behaviour interventions.
