Quokka Education is working in partnership with a fantastic school in Winchester, looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated graduate to join their team as a Teaching Assistant, supporting students with Autism.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is passionate about psychology, education, and inclusive learning.

You will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with autism
- Help students access the curriculum and regulate emotions in a positive, supportive way
- Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to ensure a nurturing learning environment
- Build trusting relationships that foster confidence, communication, and engagement

Who We're Looking For:
- Psychology graduates or final-year students with an interest in SEN, mental health, or educational psychology
- Calm, patient, and resilient individuals who thrive in supportive roles
- Passionate about inclusion, wellbeing, and helping young people overcome barriers to learning

What We Offer:
- Weekly pay from £95 per day (via PAYE)
