Location: Birmingham
Pay: £415 - £445 per week
Hours: Full-time (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday)

We're looking for enthusiastic Psychology graduates to join a well-established specialist school in Birmingham, where you'll support students with a range of needs, including:
Autism (ASC)
Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH)
Learning challenges
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll help students reach their potential by providing both one-on-one and small group support. You'll be instrumental in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel safe and empowered.
Supporting students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them with their learning
Encouraging independence and building essential life skills
Working with teachers and other professionals to provide personalised support
Creating an inclusive and supportive environment where students thrive
We want to hear from you if you're:
A recent Psychology graduate (or studying a similar degree, e.g., Social Work, Youth Studies, Criminology)
Passionate about supporting young people with additional needs
Patient, empathetic, and ready to make a difference
