Qualifications

• Graduate with a Psychology degree.
• Patient, resilient, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Transferable experience with children, mentoring or support work is valued.
• Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Deliver interventions and emotional regulation support.
• Assist teachers and SENCOs to enable learning access.
• Support pupils to develop confidence and engagement in lessons.
