Five Education is seeking compassionate Psychology graduates to join a Bristol SEND school as Teaching Assistants. You will support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other needs, helping access learning and emotional regulation in a structured environment.

This temporary role offers training in Team Teach and Makaton, a DBS process, and mentoring to support your development within educational psychology and related fields.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology or a related subject.
• Interest in SEND/behavioural needs.
• Calm, patient and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support aligned with EHCP targets.
• Develop communication, emotional regulation and social skills.
• Adapt learning activities to learners' abilities and styles.
