Up to £53,600 per annum + Generous Welcome Bonus AND Mileage

Remote with travel in Wiltshire

Full-Time; 37.5 hrs/week (Mon – Fri)

Overview:

Compass Associates is collaborating with a rapidly expanding provider of therapy-driven support for children across the UK. Established for nearly 20 years, they have built a large portfolio of residential children’s homes, supported accommodation services, and specialist education settings, totaling over 50 services.

The client seeks a Psychologist to provide specialist psychological input to a small caseload of young people across residential homes in Wiltshire, including a new assessment home—the first of its kind in the company's portfolio. The successful candidate will lead this new venture and be supported by the Head of Psychology and the psychology department.

Location:

Hybrid remote: work from home and visit a small number of Wiltshire homes. Locations are accessible from Glastonbury, Bristol, Melksham, Salisbury, Bath, Swindon, Thatcham, Andover, Southampton, Yeovil, Basingstoke, Winchester, and surrounding areas.

Criteria:

• HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist (Educational / Clinical / Counselling / Forensic)
• Clinical experience working with children

Shift Pattern:

Full-time, Mon – Fri, 37.5 hours per week.

1. Informal introductory virtual meeting
2. Formal interview
