Are you an outstanding Psychologist with a passion for delivering high quality care?

Cygnet have been providing a national network of specialist mental health services for more than 30 years.

Cygnet Lodge Kenton has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Psychologist to join our team as a Principal Psychologist.

With us, you will have the chance to progress your career as part of a dynamic, supportive team.

We need a Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic Psychologist who is passionate about helping people with a range of complex mental health needs to join our flexible mental health rehabilitation pathway for women including High-Support Inpatient Rehabilitation and Community Rehabilitation.

You will be joining us on a part time basis, working 22.5 hours per week across 3 days.

We focus on maximising positive outcomes and recovery for our patients - it is a challenging, satisfying vocation.

At Cygnet, our 'perks' go way beyond pension schemes and excellent professional development.

You will also enjoy shopping, travel and leisure discounts - as well as a range of healthcare and financial benefits - to support you to be happy both in and out of work.

If you care about making a difference - every day - we want to hear from you.

Kenton Lodge:

Cygnet Lodge Kenton, in North-West London, offers a flexible mental health rehabilitation pathway for women. We primarily offer High-Support Inpatient Rehabilitation (Level 2) with the option to step down to Community Rehabilitation (Level 1). This dual-level rehabilitation model ensures that women receive the support they need while developing independence at their own pace. Women placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings. Our service provides a high level of support and uses a recovery-focused model.

We can support up to 15 women who are ready to step down from short or longer-term mental health and/or forensic services. We aim to equip the women in our care with the skills they need to live successfully in the community, therefore reducing the likelihood of requiring future inpatient admissions. Our service provides a high level of support and uses a recovery-focused model.

As a small satellite unit, we have a close multi-disciplinary team who work together to ensure all aspects of our programme and service run smoothly and promote high standards of care. We also have a strong focus on empowerment and coproduction with our service users and carers.

The successful candidate will join a team comprising nursing, an assistant psychologist, responsible clinician, speciality doctor, occupational therapy, and social work.
