Job description

Are you an experienced Clinician seeking a new challenge in a new initiative?

In the Oxfordshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services teams, we are focused on ensuring young people gain access to the right care.

We are launching a one-year initiative to support young people and their families who require assessment and treatment from the Getting Help and Getting More Help teams. You would join a specific team dedicated to these young people and their families.

The team operates with a hybrid working model, combining face-to-face and remote work, with bases across the county. Flexibility regarding your location will be considered on an individual basis.

We seek clinicians who enjoy collaborative work, have a flexible approach to delivering treatment, and thrive on challenges. You will have a clear job plan with defined expectations, be fully supervised, and work closely with the team for support.

Our team is known for being creative, innovative, forward-thinking, dynamic, and research-led. We foster a culture of collaboration, shared reflection, and team working, offering various opportunities for professional development.

This role provides the chance to work with a wide range of mental health presentations and to develop skills in working with young people presenting with neurodiversity. You will work closely with the current Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
