This role is based at Bridgeway School. We will also accept full-time applications; however, the role would be split across Bridgeway School and Westmorland School. You will be part of an established MDT team supporting young people with autism.

Our clinicians are a crucial part of the most joined-up model in SEND. Across all our specialist schools and children’s homes, we provide unrivalled levels of clinical support, expertise, and breadth of provision. Our young people present with complex needs including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, and special educational needs.
As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualized interventions and engagement to our young people.
Our Psychologists work collaboratively within our schools and children’s homes, ensuring therapeutic support permeates every aspect of education, care, and support. You will provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.
