Job description

Head of Therapeutic Services – Children’s Services
Home-based with travel across Northern England & Scotland
Must be an HCPC registered Clinical or Forensic Psychologist

Reporting directly into the CEO, this is a senior strategic role with responsibility for overseeing the continued development and implementation of the organisation’s psychological and therapeutic services, ensuring a consistent, evidence-based and trauma-informed approach across both residential care and education.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to take ownership of an established therapeutic service while having genuine scope to shape its future direction, influence organisational strategy and further embed psychologically informed practice across a large portfolio of children’s residential and education services.
