What you will do:

  1. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary clinical team to support educational and residential colleagues in creating therapeutic living and learning environments.
  2. Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualized interventions for young people.
  3. Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.
  4. Foster a clinically informed environment, ensuring each child's needs are met.

Who we're looking for:

  1. A qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
  2. A specialist with proven skills in assessing and delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs.

  4. A confident, effective model, guide, leader, and trainer.
