Overview

We are on the hunt for an exceptional Psychologist to join our team in the charming locale of Chigwell, UK. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from £60,933 to £70,132. You will be joining a diverse Multidisciplinary Clinical Services Team, dedicated to providing high-quality assessments and interventions with children and young people.

Whether working amidst the leafy campuses of our education settings or offering tailored support in residential environments, your role will significantly influence the lives of our young charges.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored therapeutic formulations for children and young people
  • Write detailed reports either individually or as part of a multidisciplinary team, reflecting assessment, progress, and outcomes
  • Design evidence-based programmes of intervention and formally evaluate their impact and outcomes
  • Foster professional relationships with home and school staff, ensuring communication and collaboration are seamless
  • Provide training sessions to educational and care staff, enhancing their skills in supporting mental health and well-being
  • Play an integral role in organizing and facilitating child-focused meetings, ensuring the collaborative effort of all involved parties
Requirements
  • Must hold HCPC registration as a Psychologist
  • Should be a registered and accredited member of the BACP, with significant experience working as a Psychologist in the UK
  • Prior experience with CAMHS, clinical, counselling, or forensic settings is highly desirable
