A national health organization is looking for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Team Lead to manage a clinical team focused on psychological therapy for anxiety and depression. This full-time role offers leadership opportunities for experienced PWPs and involves providing clinical supervision and recruitment support. Candidates must have a postgraduate certificate in Low Intensity Psychological Therapies and significant management experience.
We are recruiting a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Team Lead to join our Talking Therapies for Anxiety & Depression (TTAD) service. The main focus of this role will be supporting Trainee PWPs within Health in Mind, working in the Eastbourne area of East Sussex.
Health in Mind is a TTAD service that offers a full range of TTAD compliant therapies and roles. The service supports people with mild to moderate anxiety disorders and depression.
The PWP Team Lead role offers a development opportunity for experienced qualified PWPs to expand their skills in management and service development. This is a permanent, full-time post (37.5 hrs per week) with flexibility for remote and home working discussions.
