We are looking to recruit a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team

Qualified applicants will hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Low Intensity Psychological Therapies

You will work as part of a diverse and supportive team of Psychological Therapists, PWPs, nurses, psychologists, and psychiatrists. We are able offer our team members the opportunity to continue to develop their expertise via training and development opportunities in different parts of our service.

Main duties of the job

Our service uses an integrated model from arrest to release from prison thus allowing a PWP's and the wider team to know the full process and journey of the service user. We have found this model really works and makes our working much more collaborative and joined up. The role will be based across the 3 prisons.

Qualified PWP's will usually undertake 5 contacts to provide assessments and interventions a day with residents of the prisons.
