Position:

In order to be considered for this position, you MUST have a professional qualification in Low Intensity CBT and be registered with either BABCP or BPS, with a minimum of one year’s post-qualification experience.

Due to the expansion of our services, IPRS Health is looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join our friendly team. The successful applicant will remotely triage, assess, and treat mental health patients with varying conditions using evidence-based interventions.

The successful applicant will be based in the UK and working fully remotely.

Requirements:

We are looking for a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join our team. The successful candidate will hold a clinical caseload, providing assessment and treatment to patients experiencing common mental health problems. Responsibilities include:

  • Assess and deliver, under supervision, outcome-focused, evidence-based interventions to patients with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Deliver treatment to patients experiencing mild/moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Provide a range of support for evidence-based treatments, including via telephone, media, or typed communication.

To be considered, you must:

  • Have a professional qualification in Low Intensity CBT.
  • Have at least one year’s post-qualification experience.
  • Be registered with either BPS or BABCP.
  • Be computer literate with good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Work well with your team to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
  • Be able to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage your time effectively.
  • Communicate effectively in a demanding environment.
Other information:

The salary for this position is £27,000 - £33,000 per annum FTE.

The role offers fully remote working, with full or part-time hours between 24-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
