Lambeth Talking Therapies is a well-established, friendly service with over 100 staff members, including Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, High Intensity Therapists, Clinical Support Workers, and administrators.
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Step 2 team. We are hiring permanent full-time members, with a requirement to work in the office 2 days a week.
Our Mission: To work with people to reduce distress and practical problems caused by common mental health issues by supporting staff providing high-quality, continuously improving psychological services to Lambeth’s diverse population. Our qualified PWPs have additional responsibilities and interests to keep roles varied and engaging. We offer three senior PWP roles for career progression, and working with us often serves as a springboard for career development.
