Capstone Foster Care has developed a Multidisciplinary Assessment Treatment and Therapy Service (MATTS) which provides assessment, consultation, and therapy to children and young people in foster care. MATTS is overseen by a Clinical Director and led regionally by an employed Clinical Lead, with a team comprising experienced clinicians including Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists, Creative Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and others.

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people are core to Capstone Foster Care’s policy and practice. We expect our employees to share this commitment.
We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and experiences and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
