Job summary

There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join the Psychiatric Liaison service based in Wrexham.The aim of the post is to support improved service provision and support earlier discharge home from the hospital wards andEmergency Department. The role requires liaising with other professionals and family.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will support many aspects of patient care, with a focus on the assessment and treatment of patient's mental health during their stay in Wrexham Maelor Hospital

Full induction into this post will be supported, with opportunities for further career development.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
