Job summary

Arriva Merseyside Limited is seeking a PSV Engineer at Speke Depot to perform routine servicing, diagnostics and repairs on the fleet, ensuring safety and reliability. The role requires a Level 3 PSV/HGV maintenance qualification and a full UK driving licence, with training provided.

The position offers 07:45–15:45 weekday shifts, permanent full-time hours, and opportunities for career development, including IRTEC and EV training. Free bus travel for you and a household member is included.

Qualifications

• PSV/HGV maintenance and repair experience
• Diagnostic fault-finding capability
• Ability to work as part of a team to maintain fleet safety and reliability

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing and maintenance of the fleet to Arriva standards
• Diagnostic work and repairs to maximise vehicle reliability
• MOT preparation and quality inspections
• Supporting fleet performance and safety
• Working shifts as part of the depot rota
