Job description

We are currently seeking to fill the position of PSV Bus Driver (Routemaster).

Details

Stowe School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time PSV qualified (CAT D) driver to join our transport team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive a classic Double Decker Red Routemaster bus, transporting students around the school site and occasionally to other venues. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for driving large vehicles and providing a safe, friendly experience.

The role is a ‘job share’ position, splitting the week between two drivers on a weekly basis to cover the following hours:

  1. Monday 14:30 – 17:45
  2. Tuesday 14:30 – 17:45
  3. Thursday 14:30 – 17:45
  4. Friday 14:30 – 17:45
  5. Saturday 12:30 – 17:45
About Stowe School

Stowe School occupies Stowe House and approximately 200 acres of the Stowe estate, located in Stowe’s world-famous landscape gardens set within 880 acres. It is an independent co-educational boarding school with approximately 900 pupils and around 500 full- and part-time staff, including 60 staff and their families living on site.
