Overview of the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Analyst to join our Product and Supplier Management (P&SM) team. Based in Corby or Manchester with a hybrid working model, this permanent role reports to the Head of Data & Analytics – P&SM. You’ll play a key role in driving performance improvements, delivering actionable insights, and influencing strategic decisions across the RS Group.
What You Will Be Doing
• Developing and delivering technical KPIs using tools like Snowflake and Power BI.
• Conducting detailed analysis of P&SM performance and identifying root causes of issues and developing effective action plans.
• Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed data-driven decision-making.
• Managing business requirements and mapping processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Supporting training and development in new analytical technologies.
• Driving efficiency, cost savings, and innovation through data and insight.
About You
• Strong technical skills in analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI).
• Proven experience in performance analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Deep understanding of Product and Supplier Management and business processes.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working across cultures and in fast-paced, customer-driven environments.
• Certifications in data technologies would be desirable.
