At GSL Education, we are working on behalf of a large Trust seeking a talented, proactive, and resilient SEND Teacher to work in a KS3-4 setting in Plymouth.
You will be teaching and supporting students with needs including Autism and ADHD. Previous experience in a SEN setting or mainstream school is preferred but not essential. Confidence in managing challenging behaviour is required.
The school offers a broad and diverse curriculum, covering a wide range of academic and vocational courses. All planning is completed for this role.
Please note that this Supply Teacher role requires a solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful candidates must undergo all necessary background checks, including an enhanced child DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
