Overview: Support and contribute to the profitability of Lambert Smith Hampton Property & Asset Management by providing legal assistance related to Risk and Compliance management. Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Professional Services Division by conducting research, investigating claims, and preparing reports on liability.
2. Draft letters and defenses concerning claims under the supervision of the Specialist Caseworker.
3. Research and draft legal advice under the guidance of the Specialist Caseworker.
4. Undertake training related to Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, and County Court Claims.
