Job Role We’re looking for a motivated Team Leader to manage and engage a team to achieve performance goals in line with operational plans. You’ll ensure compliance, drive employee engagement, and support continuous improvement across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver results.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and address underperformance where needed.
• Ensure work areas are cleared on time and issues are resolved quickly.
• Accurately report shift performance and support change initiatives.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced operational or production environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety in the workplace.
• Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Confident using IT systems for reporting and monitoring performance.

Desirable

• Experience in a PSC, warehouse, or logistics environment.

• Positions available across AM, PM, Night, and Weekend shifts.
