This full-time post will be based at Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin, Scotland, with opportunities for flexible / part-time / annualised work patterns.

Dr Gray’s Hospital is a District General Hospital located in Elgin, North-East Scotland, near Inverness and Aberdeen. The Scottish Government aims to re-establish a Consultant-led Obstetric service, including expanding the Consultant team to meet Royal College of Anaesthetists requirements.

Applicants must have full GMC registration and possess FRCA. UK-trained applicants should be near or have completed higher specialist training leading to CCT or be within 6 months of GMC Specialist Register entry. Alternatively, possess CESR / CESR (CP).

Consideration for a Locum Consultant position (up to 12 months) is available for suitably experienced candidates not yet on the GMC Specialist Register. During locum employment, applications for CESR / CESR (CP) can be made.
