Job Description:

My client is a leading professional services firm with several sites across the UK, looking for a new member for their prudential risk team to work across their 1st and 2nd line risk functions. You will cover aspects of market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk, playing a key role in rolling out their prudential risk framework to support clients.

The role offers flexibility for remote work but may require visits to London, Birmingham, or Manchester offices occasionally.

• Understand Prudential Regulations to write policies that meet regulatory requirements.
• Be ACCA / ACA or CIMA qualified.

• Have exposure to credit risk, liquidity risk, or operational risk frameworks, including ICAAP and ILAAP reporting.
• Build relationships across business areas to ensure proper policy embedding.
• Work from the top down, collaborating with C-suite executives and business users to implement policies.
• Challenge users to ensure policies are regularly followed.
