My client is a leading professional services firm with several sites across the UK, looking for a new member for their prudential risk team to work across their 1st and 2nd line risk functions. You will cover aspects of market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk, playing a key role in implementing their prudential risk framework and supporting clients.

The role offers flexibility to work remotely, with occasional visits to the London, Birmingham, or Manchester offices.

• Understanding Prudential Regulations to write and review policies ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Being ACCA / ACA or CIMA qualified.
• Comfortably working between the 1st and 2nd lines of defense.
• Having exposure to credit risk, liquidity risk, or operational risk frameworks, including ICAAP and ILAAP reporting.
• Building relationships across business areas to ensure proper policy embedding.
• Working closely with senior management and business users to implement policies.
• Challenging users to ensure policies are adhered to regularly.
