Full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week.

Based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working, requiring at least 1 day per week in the office.

Role overview: You will serve as a senior technical advisor to the Prudential & Regulatory Reporting Manager, focusing on regulatory reporting and financial data requirements for VWFS/VW Bank in the UK and Europe. Your responsibilities include:

• Completing and submitting regulatory reports
• Leading finance and regulatory reporting projects and change strategies
• Implementing and maintaining regulatory reporting software
• Ensuring data quality and defining regulatory reporting data requirements

Candidate requirements:

• Experience leading teams and achieving results through people management
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze large data sets and extract insights
• High standards in behavior, culture, and performance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL Server, Web Intelligence, Tableau
