GSL Education is currently recruiting for an experienced PRU Teacher to work at a Pupil Referral Unit in Hounslow. The role involves teaching students who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion, focusing on re-engagement, core subject delivery and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.

Support pupils with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges in small groups.

Work collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders to ensure pupils are fully supported.

Implement effective behaviour management strategies and promote a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.

Previous experience teaching in a PRU or with SEMH students is desirable.

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

A passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable young people.
