As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in providing on-site support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our Proton Therapy equipment and ancillary devices. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the optimal performance of our Proton Therapy devices, reporting key performance indicators, and delivering exceptional customer support. No daily traveling required – you'll be working directly on-site, immersed in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience within automation or the medical device industry

  • Profound knowledge of electronics and mechanics (3 to 5 years dedicated experience preferred)

  • Strong hardware and software technical expertise

  • Background in electrical engineering, IT, or mechanical engineering

  • Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern and during irregular hours

  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Familiarity with business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Other Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Preferred experience with proton systems

  • Eagerness to embrace new technology and continuous learning

  • Proficiency in computer usage and debugging skills

  • Knowledge of networks and imaging systems

  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP software desired
