As Protective Security Policy Manager, you will ensure robust governance around our security function and across the business to support compliance.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive physical and personnel security policies, standards, and frameworks in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. As the subject matter expert, you will support colleagues within the Security team to understand the implications of relevant legislation and policies, aiding implementation and adherence across the wider business.
You will manage communication with our external regulators (Ofwat, DEFRA, and DWI), including any annual reporting requirements, responding to queries, developing responses to official requests, and ensuring we meet any relevant milestones.

The base location for this role will be Kemble Court, Reading, on a Hybrid basis.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) before starting within this role.
