Description

The People’s Partnership Protection Proposition team resides within the Commercial Department, manufacturing and distributing Group Life and Accident cover directly to Construction businesses.

This role is suited for individuals looking to develop their analytical mindset and skills by helping to inform, shape, improve, and communicate the proposition to our customers (members, employers, and advisers). Responsibilities include producing market insight, competitor information, rules and regulations insight, and management information. You will also support team discovery workshops to identify, document, and agree on proposition business requirements.

You will support cross-functional teams through strong relationship building, assisting with queries, problem-solving, and producing internal guides.

For products already launched, this role will investigate and analyze how they serve customers and achieve business benefits. Opportunities for further enhancements will be supported by defining and recommending improvements through report production and data analysis/MI.

This role primarily focuses on protection products, but support may be required for other products as needed.
