SSEN Transmission in Scotland is seeking a Protection Field Engineer to join a skilled team delivering our capital delivery programme and maintaining protection and control systems on the transmission network.
The role requires flexibility with base location in Scotland, travel to various depots, and occasional work away from base due to 24/7 operations. Salary ranges from £50,964 to £76,581 plus benefits.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time
As a Protection Field Engineer, you will join a team of highly skilled colleagues to help deliver our capital delivery programme on our Transmission network, and the maintenance of existing protection and control systems. This is a pivotal role within the business, ensuring we build and maintain the highest standard of network for our customers. Due to the 24/7 nature of our networks, you may be required to work away from your base location on occasion and assist in a variety of ad hoc activities.
