A little more about your role:

As a Protection & Control Engineer, you will design a range of Technical Protection & Control solutions for EHV substation projects, including both AIS & GIS substations at voltages from 11kV to 400kV.

You could be based in our Newcastle, Stockton-on-Tees, Leeds, or Manchester offices, but you will need the flexibility to travel to UK client offices and sites as required.

You will:

1. Produce comprehensive protection and control system design drawings for systems ranging from 11kV up to and including 132kV.
2. Develop new protection solutions to meet the requirements of a future smart grid.
3. Integrate protection and SCADA systems to deliver cost-effective design solutions.
4. Create all associated engineering design calculations and documentation.
5. Support the creation of all necessary equipment specifications.
