Are you a seasoned Protection Advisor looking for your next career move on an employed basis?

We are seeking a Protection Advisor to join our client's growing and successful team in the Southend area. This role offers excellent earning potential with unlimited leads and provides the opportunity to write 15 - 20 cases per month.

The successful Protection Advisor will be offered:

  • Basic Salary - £25,000 - £30,000
  • Bespoke commission structure
  • Full admin support and leads
  • Experience in a Protection adviser position
  • CAS Status
  • Able to build and forge strong relationships
  • Provide exceptional client service
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Organised and effective time management

Protection Advisor duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Writing Protection Business
  • Provide the highest level of customer care at all times
  • Convert booked appointments into business
  • Contact customers for missed opportunities
  • Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact
  • Adhere to sales structure, advice quality, and compliance guidance at all times
