Job summary

Dynamo is seeking a motivated Protection Consultant to join our growing team. You will provide tailored protection advice, recommend life, critical illness and income protection solutions, and manage cases from enquiry to completion.

You'll build relationships with clients, lenders and providers, deliver excellent service while aiming at sales and quality targets, and benefit from comprehensive training, ongoing development and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Protection experience beneficial but not essential; training provided.
• Ability to meet individual and team targets.

Responsibilities

• Providing protection advice tailored to each customer's needs.
• Recommending suitable life, critical illness and income protection solutions.
• Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Conducting fact-finds and understanding clients' protection requirements.
• Researching products across a panel of leading insurers.
