Job summary

Howden Life & Health is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Sales Team, helping clients secure the right protection insurance. No prior sales experience required as we provide full training to build a successful career.

You will work with warm leads, build rapport, and meet daily and monthly targets while delivering compliant advice. This hybrid role includes two days a week in Gloucester and a strong, employee-owned culture.

Howden Life & Health is an award-winning specialist insurance broker, helping clients find the right protection insurance from a carefully selected panel of insurers. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for ambitious and resilient individuals to join our Sales Team.

No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career.

What You'll Be Doing

Calling client led enquiries (warm leads) to discuss their protection needs.

Building rapport and understanding customer needs.

Managing client records accurately across multiple systems.

Handling a high volume of outbound calls.

Achieving daily and monthly performance targets.

Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice.

Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market changes.

Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products where appropriate.
